Cancellation Policy

Introduction 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between TJ Divine Image, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "We," and the client or customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "You." By engaging our fashion styling services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 2. Services Offered 2.1 The Company offers fashion styling services, including wardrobe styling and consultation, for photoshoots, events, and other projects as mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Company. 3. Booking and Payment 3.1 All bookings are subject to availability. To secure our services, a non-refundable booking fee or deposit may be required, the amount of which will be communicated to the Client in advance. 3.2 Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in the invoice provided by the Company. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1 If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, they must provide notice to the Company as early as possible. The Company's cancellation and rescheduling policy, including any associated fees, will be provided to the Client upon booking. 5. Styling Services 5.1 The Company will provide styling services as agreed upon with the Client, including outfit selection, wardrobe coordination, and styling direction. 5.2 The Company will use its best efforts to fulfill the Client's requirements and vision for the project. However, the final creative decisions regarding styling will rest with the Company's professional judgment. 6. Wardrobe and Accessories 6.1 The Company may provide wardrobe and accessories for styling purposes. The Client is responsible for any damage or loss of these items while in their possession. 6.2 If the Client provides their own wardrobe and accessories, the Company will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the styling process. 7. Client's Responsibilities 7.1 The Client must provide accurate information about the project, including the concept, theme, and any specific requirements, in order for the Company to fulfill its obligations effectively. 7.2 The Client must ensure that models, photographers, makeup artists, and other team members cooperate with the Company's styling process and adhere to the agreed schedule. 8.
