Cancellation Policy

1. Booking: - To book a session with TJ Divine Image Photography, clients are required to contact us via phone or email to schedule an appointment. 2. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty, subject to availability. - Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Cancellations: - Cancellations made by the client less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. - In the event of a cancellation by TJ Divine Image Photography due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or photographer illness, efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, or the deposit will be refunded in full. 4. Arrival Time: - Clients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled session to ensure the full duration of the package is utilized effectively. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time, and the full package price will still apply. 5. Session Conduct: - Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the session. - Any inappropriate behavior towards the photographer or staff will result in the immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be provided. 6. Image Selection: - Clients will receive a digital gallery of proofs within 5 business days of the session. - The client is responsible for selecting the desired number of images included in their chosen package. - Additional images beyond the package limit may be purchased at an additional cost. 7. Image Delivery: - Fully edited digital images will be delivered to the client within 10 business days of final image selection. - Images will be provided via digital download unless otherwise arranged. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee: - TJ Divine Image Photography is committed to client satisfaction. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the final images, reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns and provide suitable alternatives. - Refunds will not be provided once the final images have been delivered to the client. By booking a session with TJ Divine Image Photography, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this service policy.
