Whether you're curating a wardrobe for a new season, preparing for a milestone event, or simply seeking clarity in your style journey, your advisor will guide you through a session tailored to your goals, mood, and lifestyle. What to expect: - A one-on-one virtual or in-person styling consultation - Archetype alignment and mood-based outfit curation - Wardrobe refinement using your digital closet - Personalized recommendations based on biometric and contextual data - Emotional styling affirmations to support your confidence and expression Booking is seamless. When you choose to schedule a session, you’ll be redirected to the TJ Divine Image booking portal — custom-built for StylexRight™ users — where you can select your advisor, session type, and preferred time. Cancellation Policy
TJ Divine Image™ & StylexRight™ Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction By engaging services from TJ Divine Image™ or using the StylexRight™ platform, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth by the Company (“We” or “Us”). 2. Services Offered We provide luxury styling services, including wardrobe curation, biometric personalization, and consultation for events, photoshoots, and digital styling experiences. 3. Booking & Payment All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is due per invoice terms. Late payments may incur fees. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must notify us promptly to cancel or reschedule. Applicable fees and policies will be shared upon booking and are binding once confirmed. 5. Styling Services We deliver styling as agreed, including outfit selection and creative direction. Final decisions rest with our professional judgment to ensure quality and brand alignment. 6. Wardrobe & Accessories Items provided by us remain our property unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for loss or damage. We are not liable for client-supplied items. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate project details and ensure collaborators (models, photographers, etc.) cooperate with our styling process and timeline. 8. Intellectual Property All styling concepts, digital assets, and proprietary technology—including biometric algorithms—remain our intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution requires written consent. 9. Digital Platform Use StylexRight™ users must follow platform guidelines. Misuse, unauthorized access, or data manipulation is prohibited and may result in account suspension. 10. Privacy & Data We respect your privacy. Biometric and personal data collected via StylexRight™ is used solely to enhance your styling experience and is handled securely. 11. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. 12. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services or platform implies acceptance of any changes.
